International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following regions:
• All of the Americas: $10 USD
• Europe: $15 USD
• Rest of the world: $20 USD

Exchanges and returns
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, please email us at hola@gilia.pe. We will coordinate the pickup of the item, which must be in optimal condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Only one exchange per item will be accepted, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Discounted products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, unless they arrive damaged.
RETURNS
Once your order has been entered into our system, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For exchanges, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
